Twins Talk Theatre

Twins Cynthia Hennon Marino and Stacy Hennon Stone host a weekly podcast talking to the people behind the curtains. Take a trip back stage to learn what it takes to put on a production: design process, music study and execution, paperwork, meetings, management, unions, and all the excitement backstage that the audience doesn’t get to see. Enjoy the show!

088 - Dyalekt

September 13th, 2019

088 - DyalektDyalekt was born and raised in a mixed race family in the Caribbean. He came to the States to attend college, but soon learned that the college system was not for him. They were not teaching the way he needed. That’s how he found himself in NYC. Learning about HipHop, Rap and street performers. He started writing songs, teaching in ways that would connect people, expressing what it was like to be mixed race, and giving insight on how words can have an impact on ones life.

Dyalekt has a whole show called "The Museum of Dead Words" showing at Art Apple NYC from September 21-27.
